29 JUNE: DINNER IN THE FOULERIE WITH EDWARD DELLING-WILLIAMS
Following the success of our first dinner of the season in May, we have been eagerly awaiting the next one… On Saturday 29 June, neo-bistro cuisine will be showcased in the Foulerie, with guest chef Edward Delling-Williams taking charge of the kitchen.
Delling-Williams, son of a restaurant owner in south-west England, moved to France several years ago. Today he owns and runs his restaurant Le Grand Bain (in the 20th arrondissement in Paris). It opens in the evening only, but 7 nights a week, and the atmosphere is young, friendly and unpretentious, offering new experiences in taste that constantly surprise its patrons. An inspirational figure, Edward delights in French produce and always sources fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
As guest chef for one evening at Courances, Edward will share his vibrant and sparkling vision of gastronomy.
