SATURDAY 5 MAY DINNER MASTERMINDED BY CHARLES COMPAGNON
(Français) Premier dîner de la saison !
As indicated in our previous newsletter, the first dinner of the season will be held in the Foulerie on Saturday 5 May. Taking charge is Courances-based trendsetter Charles Compagnon, who is bringing in the team from one of his restaurants in Paris.
The staff of Le Richer, led by Louis Amen, will take the helm at the Foulerie for an evening to remember. 29-year-old chef Louis Amen learnt his skills at the Ecole Ferrandi, and gained experience at prestigious restaurants including Le Meurice. He then moved on to the Michelin-starred Le Laurent, rising to become sous-chef, before joining Le Richer.
Inspired by the spring reawakening, the chef will showcase the produce of Jardins de Courances’ walled garden with his inventive skills and succulent cuisine. Diners will be able to share their views, and Charles Compagnon will provide insights into the importance of great produce and his personal conception of gastronomy.
Samedi 5 may at 7.30 p.m.
The menu comprises aperitif, starter, main dish and dessert.
Wine and other drinks included.
Reservation and payment must be made in advance.
