We slip between the rain drops to prepare the season: working on the soil, installing the new hot houses, sowing the first seedbeds and planting young plants in the fields… Muddy earth sticks to boots, fresh rain is constant, but we enjoy each small ray of sunshine.

Always supplied with 25 to 30 fresh and preserved organic vegetables, this week the farm shop is offering bunch radishes in a variety of shapes and colors—a tell-tale signs that Spring is in the air!
