To come by train (SNCF)
From Paris Gare de Lyon,stop at Fontainebleau-Avon
+ take the shuttle "la Patache":
from the station Avon (SNCF) to Courances and from Courances to Boutigny station (RER-D line). On Sundays from June to September (14th of July incl.). During an hour you enjoy a picturesque route and may stop at les Gorges de Franchard (Fontainebleau forest), at Barbizon, at le Conservatoire des Plantes de Milly-la Forêt…One ticket and you can hop on and hop off at any stop.
